Brett McDonald

Managing Director

Brett started his trade in Victoria working for a national contractor and soon become site supervisor managing projects through-out Victoria and Tasmania, his next move after living and working in the UK  was moving to WA to take up the role as ‘Refrigeration Manager’ for the same national electrical contractor. After working closely with refrigeration mechanics for many years Brett then teamed up with two mechanics and started a refrigeration and electrical contracting business. MECS now sub contracts to this business as well as many others.

Josh Roach

Mechanical Electrical Manager

Josh is experienced in managing projects of all shapes and sizes. He is particularly experienced in the installation of central plant systems including BMS and controls. He is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, safety commitments and goals.

Wayne Clarke

Light and Power Supervisor

Wayne has worked on commercial sites of varying sizes throughout his career. Wayne was introduced to supermarkets while working in the service department at a national contractor. After becoming Service Supervisor and looking after Coles roll out and minor projects Wayne was promoted to Service Manager.

Steve Fitzgerald

Remote roll out specialist

Steve’s work load while managing the service department of a national contractor involved large national roll outs for Coles, Officeworks and Kmart for both light and power and refrigeration/mechanical services. Prior to joining the MECS team Steve spent almost 3 years working for CITY FM and had 7 Coles stores in his care. Steve is now travelling Australia indefinitely and plans his trips so he can assist with our roll outs around the country.
